Create new database profile using "New Profile..." wizard. Select type of profile either "Desktop To PocketPC" or "PocketPC To Desktop". During new profile wizard, select desktop database, tables, fields etc. DBViewerPlus will show you database content preview to be transferred on Pocket PC. Edit/modify, delete database profiles. User can restore desktop database contents from available backups.

"Desktop to PocketPC" profile will allow you to transfer desktop contents to Pocket PC, whereas "PocketPC to Desktop" profile will transfer Pocket PC contents in to desktop database.

 

  

 


 

When you visit Pocket PC side Database Viewer Plus , You will get the list of table created by using desktop side. Tap on View icon to view table contents. Tap on Design icon to know more about selected table. It displays name of table, total number of fields and records in it. you can use Delete... option from profile menu to delete selected database as well..

 

  

 


When you view a selected database, you will get multiple record view as:


 

  

 


 



Tap on a record and Click "Record View" to view selected record in Single Record View as:

 

  

 


 

 

You can create different views for your transferred database. In new view you can apply Filter and Sort criteria to your database. From the open database you need to select "Edit View" option. You will get dialog where you can create and edit view.

 

  

 


Enter View name and use "Apply Filter" to implement the Filter on selected database.  Just "Double Tap" to change the Field Name, Filter Value. User Add/Remove button to add more filter on other fields.

use "Apply Sort" to implement the Sort on selected database. You will get form to implement Sort. Just "Double Tap" to change the Field Name, Sort Order. User Add/Remove button Add/Remove Sort on fields.

 

To see the desired dataset Select the View name to view the newly created View on Grid or Record View. You can change the view from dropdown available in upper right corner of the form.
