Cellica Database includes a module namely "Report Manager". Use this to design reports for profiles as per your requirement.
In Cellica Database Report Manager module, You can design new custom report and import an existing report.
For Report, you can select page size for your report with page sizes (Letter, Legal, A4).
The "Report Manager" lists all available controls, Label, Textbox, Formula, Location, Unbound-Image, Grid, Shape control, Container and Sub-Report in ToolBox.
Drag and drop a control on to the report canvas to create it. Use the properties panel to modify properties of the control, such as caption.
To display "Logo" on report, use "Unboud image control" with "Content Type" property set to "Logo". Select name of logo from available logo name list added in "Logo Manager".
"Label" control can be used to display different texts like, Static Text, Page Number, Fixed Date ( TimeStamp), Current Date ( Now).
Draw different shapes like "Line", "Rectangle", "Oval" and "Rounded Rectangle".
You can set "Border Color", Border Thickness" and "Border Styles". Also you can fill shapes with different colors.
Use "TextBox" control to display column data from profile fields. Drag "TextBox" control on report and set its "DataColumn" property to column name in profile.
Set properties like "Font Name" , "Font Size", "For Color". You can display border around the column text on report using "Show Border" property.
Use "Container" control to add images and digital signature to the report
Drag "Container" control on the report and map its "DataColumn" to column containing image or signature data.
Sub-Report let you to embed multiple reports within the same page. You can use them for describing relationships between tables such as Parent-Child or Master-Details.
Drag the "Sub-Report" control on report , set related fields mapping from both profiles.
The grid control brings up a spreadsheet view, allowing you to map datasets to the grid view.
Use "Formula" control to add calculated field on reports. These are calcualted when the report get generated at runtime depending on the values of column and controls used in it.
User can add "Page Number" in footer of report. Drag "Label" control on report and set "Content Type" proeprty to "Page Number"
Please Use "Logo" option provided in "Preferences" module of Cellica Database desktop application to manage Logos.
Click on "Logo" button. You can Add/Modify/Remove/Reset logo.
Click on "Add Logo" button"
Select logo image. Supported formats are ".bmp/.png/.gif/.jpg".
Select user from available user list. This logo will be available for selected users.
Now we will see how to use this logo on form. Open a form in "Form Manager".
Drag "Unbound Image" control on "Form". Set "Content Type" property to "Logo".
Now set "Logo Name" from the available list of logos. This list will shows logos added in Logo section of "Preferences" module.
Now save form and sync from device.

- Copy Record : Copy content of current record in to new record on form/subform.
3) Buttons using record data:
- Phone Call : Makes a phone call to a number value contained in mapped DataColumn.
- Send SMS: Send a SMS to a number value contained in mapped DataColumn.
- Send Email: Populates "To" field using data contained in mapped DataColumn and present compose mail interface .
- Go To URL: Opens URL contained in mapped DataColumn value.
- Go To Map: Shows location on map using "Longitude" and "Latitude" value from mapped DataColumn.
4) Other Buttons:
- Capture: Allows to capture image of current form.
- Print: Prints form.
- Report: Opens assigned report (Supported SOHO/Enterprise Edition)
- Design View: Shows "Design View" of fields ( Field Name and Data Type) on form.
- Help: Opens assigned help file.
B) Custom behavior action button (Supported SOHO/Enterprise Edition):

Fix Values needs to be entered while designing the form for Value ComboBox. These values can't be changed while using ComboBox on device.
LOOKUP ComboBox:
Combo box can have values from a column of another profile. These values can change as values in mapped profile column will change.
User can information from another table depending on a column data value in the current table for viewing purpose or for populating current record values.
